Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan is free forever — no credit card ever required. Paid plans start with a 14-day trial.
What counts as a "workflow run"?
One run = one complete execution of a workflow from trigger to final action. Paused runs (waiting for approval) don't count until they complete.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are instant. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit my run limit?
Workflows pause and you receive a notification. You can upgrade, wait for the next month, or remove lower-priority workflows.
Is there a Founding 50 deal?

What integrations are included?
All 40+ integrations are available on Growth and Agency. Free and Solo plans have limits (see table above).
Can I get a refund?
Monthly plans: refunds within 48 hours of billing. Annual plans: pro-rated refunds within 30 days. Founding 50 is non-refundable after 30 days.

What is the confidence threshold?
Each workflow step has a confidence threshold (default 75%). Actions above threshold auto-execute; below threshold they go to your approval queue.
