Terms of Service — Bisavy

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Bisavy ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users — free and paid.

2. The Service

Bisavy provides AI-assisted workflow automation software. We connect to third-party tools via OAuth and execute automated actions on your behalf, subject to your configured approval thresholds. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bisavy to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications.
Automate actions on third-party platforms in violation of those platforms' terms.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
Use the Service to process sensitive personal data (health records, financial account numbers, government IDs) without appropriate safeguards.

5. Pricing and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
Founding 50 one-time fees are non-refundable after 14 days.
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

6. Intellectual property

Bisavy and all related software, design, and content are owned by Bisavy Inc. You retain ownership of all data you bring to the Service. You grant Bisavy a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Third-party integrations

Bisavy connects to third-party services (Shopify, Gmail, Slack, etc.) on your behalf. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of those integrations complies with their respective terms of service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bisavy's liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
